It was an unusual day. The begining was when I was eating lunch at the school cafeteria, an e-mail from my mother said "Gyozas came!".
Coming back home, gyozas were really there in the freezer. They were presents from my friend from kindergarten!! When we were small, her mother used to bring us hand made gyozas very often.
And seeing my desk, I was surprised again. Because it was transformed into a zoo with an armadillo, a frog, an owl, a future owl, a stork, a gingerbread boy in addition to the orangutan that I already have. They were presents from my host grandparents in the States.
The gyozas tasted just like old time with lots of ingredient like lotus, leek, japanese mushroom and chinese cabbage. My mother overbaked them though.
