I went to Texas, U.S.A. with my mother to visit her ex-host parents for 10 days. Since we stayed at their house, I experienced a lot of things that I could have never done if I had stayed at a hotel.

外国の鳥って、カラフルですよね。私もフィジーにしか行った事ありませんが、スズメより小さくて、
緑と赤の組み合わせの小鳥さんを見たときはカルチャーショックでした。
捕まえたかったです・・・・。（だって、目の前に
たくさんいたんだもん）

ReplyDelete日本の鳥ってやっぱり地味ですよね。アメリカにPainted Bunting というホオジロ系の鳥がいて、それこそペンキでも塗ったように頭が青、お腹が赤で羽が緑です。わたしは茶色い♀しか見られず、残念でした。
